Welcome to Juhi Makhija Couture. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Services
Juhi Makhija Couture specialises in designer ethnic wear, couture, made-to-order garments, customisation, stitching and personalised fashion services.
Each piece may be created according to the client’s selected design, fabric, colour, measurements and other specifications.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our garments, colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible.
As many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations in colour, embroidery, embellishment, texture or finish may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Garments
Customised and made-to-order garments are created specifically for the individual client.
Before production, clients may be required to confirm design details, measurements, fabric, colour, embellishment and other specifications.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Measurements & Fit
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information required for the creation of their garments.
Where measurements are provided by the client, Juhi Makhija Couture cannot be held responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete measurements supplied by the client.
Where applicable, we may assist with reasonable alterations after delivery.
5. Orders & Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance has been received and the order details have been mutually confirmed.
For customised orders, production may begin only after the relevant design and measurement details have been approved.
We reserve the right to contact the client if clarification is required before production or dispatch.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on customisation, fabric, embroidery, embellishment, measurements, design modifications and other requirements.
For customised or made-to-order garments, an advance payment may be required before production begins. The applicable payment terms will be communicated to the client before the order is confirmed.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be communicated as soon as possible.
For customised and made-to-order garments, cancellation may not be possible once production, material procurement or specialised handwork has commenced.

8. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Made-to-order and couture garments may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design, handwork, fabric availability and customisation requirements.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, videos, logos, brand names, written content, graphics and other material displayed on this website are the property of Juhi Makhija Couture or are used with appropriate permission.
No content, design, photograph, artwork or other material from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or services.
11. Third-Party Services & Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their respective terms and policies may also apply to transactions processed through their platforms.
Juhi Makhija Couture does not store sensitive payment information such as complete card details.
12. Errors & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current. However, occasional typographical, pricing, availability or technical errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where appropriate, contact the customer regarding an affected order.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Juhi Makhija Couture shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
